In accordance with the conditions, when acquiring the 5-roomed and 6-roomed two-storeyed apartments in the building No. 8 free parking place is provided in the building No. 3 or No. 9. The booking contract shall be concluded from the 1st to the 31st of January.  

Moreover, a lot of discounts are valid in the Residential complex “Prima Park” for acquiring of parking places in other buildings too. Thus, in the buildings No. 3 and No. 9 the Group of Companies «KORTROS» established an interest-free installment plan up to 8 months for the purchase of parking places. When making the initial payment in amount of  150 thousands of rubles in the building No. 3 the discount in amount of 200 thousands of rubles will be valid.  

In the case of full payment for the parking place at once the special discounts are provided: in the building No. 9 it is 40 (forty) thousands of rubles, and in the building No. 3 it is 300 (Three thousand) rubles. The main condition of the bonus provision is the signing of the booking contract in the January 2017.
