IN THE SHOW ROOM OF THE ELITE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX “ASTRA” YOU CAN TEST THE FOLLOWING ELEMENTS OF THE SYSTEM:

• Illumination control – control of illumination, its brightness and color, electrical loads (7 discrete and 2 dimmable groups, RGBW-backlight);
• Curtain control- control of curtains either manual or with a timer, or according to a script in conjunction with illumination;
• Control of water leakages – if a leakage is detected, the water supply to the apartment will be automatically turned off;
• Climate control – control of radiators and heated floors;
• The multiroom system – the system for distributing and transmitting video or audio signals from reproducing equipment to TV panels or speakers placed in different parts of the apartment;
• Air conditioning control – automatic activation/deactivation of an air conditioner when windows are closed/opened, adjusting the temperature of the air conditioner depending on the air temperature in the apartment;
• Integration with the overall security system – with the security & fire alarm system, video surveillance system, the ability to keep watch over your apartment remotely (using your smartphone/computer).

All systems can be operated with switches, motion sensors, touch panels, mobile devices, computer (PC/Mac), gestures, voice control, using ordered scenarios.

The premium residential complex “Astra” located in the historical center of Perm is oriented to residents with high demands for comfort, and, therefore, we have done our best to ensure that climate, illumination and household appliances are operated as easily and flexibly as possible. With one gesture, you can turn on or off the light, activate the air conditioning or floor heating equipment. At the appointed time in the morning, the “Smart Apartment” system will open the curtains in your bedroom, warm up the air, turn on the coffee maker and pleasant music. With the waterproof touch panel, you will adjust the water flow direction and temperature in your bath or spa tub. You will see what it is like when your home really takes care of you.

Operation of air conditioning, heating, illumination and water heating systems is carried out via a special mobile application, to which smart household appliances are also connected. Therefore, you can operate your “smart” apartment from the comfort of your couch or while traveling. Moreover, via this application you can receive detailed reports on all utility expenses, with one click – take meter readings and generate receipts, with a second one – pay them online.

And you can be sure that your precious property will not be damaged: the leakage sensors will automatically shut off the water supply, and you will receive an immediate notification of all the emergency situations.

OPTIONS AVAILABLE IN THE “SMART APARTMENT” SYSTEM IN THE RC “ASTRA” ARE PRESENTED IN THREE PACKAGES.

• The “Standard” package – operation of illumination, curtains, leakage control (25% of safety, 30% of functionality).
• The “Comfort” package – operation of illumination, curtains, climate, leakage control and the “multiroom” system (50% of safety, 75% of functionality).
• The “Premium” package – operation of illumination, curtains, climate, air conditioning, leakage control, the “multiroom” system and integration with the overall security system (100% of safety and functionality).
