In the residential complex “Gulliver” in Perm, the “Smart apartment” system is integrated as early as at the construction stage. Thus, its basic safety, climate control and energy accounting functions are already included in the price of a finished apartment.

This is a conceptually new approach to commissioning of facilities: when a future resident of a new building gets not “bare walls”, but an apartment equipped with modern digital and engineering solutions.

The basic system “Smart apartment” installed in the residential complex “Gulliver” includes establishment of a WI-FI network in each apartment through which all controllers are operated. The data automatically go to a common cloud storage – the integration platform of GC KORTROS – where they become available to residents through the web interface and mobile application.

Each apartment is equipped with a security alarm system, temperature and humidity sensors. Possible leakages in the bathroom are detected with a special sensor and automatically stopped with valves on the water pipe. Also, each apartment is equipped with an energy accounting system, and it is possible to set up electric consumers groups on the apartment panelboard and operate them. It is possible to remotely control the systems using the “out-of-home” function, as well as to almost endlessly expand the functionality of the system by way of connecting smart household appliances, wireless switches and other equipment.
